Hazel's Place School

Hazel’s Place opened in Pakistan in January 2022 as a safe, hope‑filled school offering free education to children working in the brick‑kiln industry. The school was created to protect vulnerable boys and girls from exploitation and generational slave labor by bringing them into a classroom instead of the kilns.

By giving these children education, care, and a pathway out of forced work, Hazel’s Place exists to break cycles of poverty and open the door to a brighter future.

Orphaned Children Arrive, Myanmar

The children arrived at Victory Children’s Home in Myanmar on May 15, 2017, marking a joyful and hope‑filled new beginning for all 50 children—25 girls and 25 boys. Each child was welcomed with their own bed, new clothing, healthy meals, and the assurance of a safe, loving environment where they would be cared for in every way.

What had once been fear and uncertainty quickly turned into excitement as the children discovered not only a new home, but a new family ready to support them, nurture them, and help them thrive.

Children's Home, Kenya

Victory Children’s Homes adopted a struggling orphanage in Kisumu in 2013, transforming it from a deteriorated facility into a thriving Christian children’s home and school. The home was in severe disrepair and no longer able to adequately care for the children living there.

Victory Children’s Homes stepped in, assumed full responsibility, and immediately began restoring and upgrading the entire property. What was once a rundown orphanage became the Victory Family Home of Champions—a safe, vibrant, and well‑equipped campus where children receive education, nutrition, spiritual support, and the care they need to thrive.

Cambodia Prevention School

The Prevention School in Cambodia, supported through Victory Children’s Homes, offers vulnerable children a safe place to learn, grow, and simply be children. Located in some of the poorest communities, the school provides free daily education to boys and girls who are at high risk of exploitation.

By keeping them in a structured, caring environment during the day, the program protects them from predators while giving them the academic foundation their families could never afford on their own. Each child also receives a nutritious daily meal, ensuring they have the strength and health needed to thrive both in the classroom and at home.

Today, seven schools provide completely free education in a country where parents must pay for their children to learn, opening doors for families with no other options. Alongside academics, these schools offer a Christian foundation in a predominantly Muslim nation, serving as both an educational lifeline and a ministry of compassion.

First Sewing School

Victory launched sewing schools in India as a compassionate response to the tragic reality faced by women who were vulnerable to bride burnings. After Pastor Hazel met survivors in the late 1980s/early 1990s, she was moved to create the first sewing school, giving women a practical skill that allowed them to earn income and meet dowry demands—often the difference between safety and severe harm. These schools have since become a lifeline, offering dignity, protection, and hope to women who might otherwise face unimaginable danger.
