Tiny Homes
for the Elderly
In Malawi, many elderly Christians face each day without a home, without warmth, and often without food. Yet in the middle of this hardship, a beautiful expression of God’s love is unfolding.
Victory Children’s Homes and Victory Churches of Malawi has stepped in to care for these precious seniors who have served God faithfully and now find themselves alone.
Through the generosity of Canadian missions and the heartfelt gift of treasured donors, the first three tiny homes have been built. The local Victory Church congregation even made the bricks by hand.
Each home is simple but full of dignity: brick walls, a tin roof, a bed lifted off the ground, warm bedding, basic furniture, and cooking utensils. For someone who has been cold, hungry, and forgotten, these small homes become a sanctuary.
